Offer for Landwind Medical by Echo Investment

Yesterday Landwind Medical announced that Private equity investor Echo Investment Holdings was making US$108m tender offer to acquire it. Echo has offered 58 cents in cash for each share in Landwind.

This offer price represents a premium of nearly 60 percent over last closing price of 36.5 cents or a premium of nearly 15 percent over my effective cost.

I’ll sell off all my holdings for Landwind Medical in open market in coming weeks.

My faith in Landwind medical has finally paid off.
